How many passwords do you have? Access to banks, Web services, credit card numbers, etc. There is so much security to remember these days! Do you keep it all in your head? Do you write it down (NOT a good idea!) If I had to pick THE most useful utility EVER, it would be Roboform.
This utility stores (encrypted) all of your Web site logons, passwords, financial information and then accesses that info to automatically logon to web sites, Banks, and fill out Web forms. It does this automatically and seamlessly. If you shop on-line this utility will fill out all of those shopping forms (billing address, shipping address, credit card info) quickly and accurately with just one click.
There is a free version, fully functional, but limited in the amount of logins and data you are able to store. The pro version is inexpensive( $30) and stores unlimited amount of data.
There are several versions including PC Desktop, portable (thumb drive), U3 thumb drives, Palm, Windows Mobile, and Symbian.
I use this utility EVERY day and would be lost without it!
